The Hungarian Talentis Group, owned by billionaire Lörinc Mészáros, acquired Fabrica Cementa Lukavac (FCL) in BiH from the Austrian Asamer Group for an undisclosed amount. The cement plant has been established in 1974, acquired by Asamer in 2001 and upgraded to a capacity of 0.7 Mta clinker and 0.9 Mta of cement. FCL, which is located closed to the town of Tusla in Bosnia i Herzegovina is the leading cement producer of the country.
