After the first 3 quarters in 2023 the cement production in China declined by -3.0% to 1522.0 Mt and 1568.9 Mt from January to September 2022. The decline increased to -7.6% in the 3.Q, when only 544.3 Mt were produced after the 588.9 Mt in the 3.Q 2022. For the year 2023, a YoY cement production decline around -5% is forecast.
