
Fauji Cement and Kot Addu Power Company (KAPCO) have taken control of Attock Cement, which is Pakistan’s 9th largest cement producer with a capacity of 4.3 Mta from 1 production plant (photo). The two companies acquired a combined 92.03% stake in the company from Pharaon Investment Group, according to the disclosure made to the Pakistan Stock Exchange. The deal followed earlier approvals and clearance from Pakistan’s Competition Commission (we reported here 21.08.2025). Fauji Cement, which is part of the Fauji Foundation, retains the 3rd largest market position in the country’s cement industry.
