In 2023, Ghana’s cement production increased by 3.2% to 6.5 Mta, after 6.3 Mta in 2022. This even comes after a production decline in the first 2 quarters, but 2-digit growth rates in the last 2 quarters of the year. The cement capacity utilization increased to 71.3%.
