Holcim makes three acquisitions in circular construction in Europe, to achieve a combined annual processing capacity of 1.3 Mta of construction demolition materials (photo) to contribute to the Group’s target of recycling over 20 Mta by 2030. The acquisitions comprise Thames Materials in London, a majority stake in A&S Recycling in Hanover in Germany and a recycling company for construction demolition materials based in Northwest France.
