Holcim Romania is investing over Euro 25m to increase the production capacity of its cement plant in Campulung by 20% from 1.3 Mta to about 1.6 Mta. The purpose of the new investment is to address the existing need for cement on the Romanian construction market and to strengthen Holcim’s efforts to have sustainable operations, streamlining the logistics process and reducing the CO2 emissions.
