The Adani Group plans to expand its cement capacity in Madhya Pradesh (MP), India by 3 more plants, which are not in their Phase II expansion list. Up to now, in MP the group operates via ACC Cement two integrated cement plants in Ametha (photo) and Kymore. Adani will invest about a total of US$ 600 m for a 4.0 Mta integrated cement plant in Chorgadhi and two 2.0 Mta additional cement grinding plants in Dewas and Bhopal. No time schedule has been announced. Anyhow, in Chorgadhi-Puraina, the company secured 91 Mt premium limestone reserves.
