In the first half of 2023 the cement exports of Japan massively declined by -46.1%, when compared to the first half of 2022. The cement exports declined from 5.550 Mt (1.H 2022) to only 2.990 Mt (1.H 2023). In 2022 the decline in the cement net trade has been -16.5%.
