SigmaRoc entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire the lime operations of CRH in Poland for a deferred consideration of € 100m. The acquisition, which includes two lime and lime powder production plants, quarries (photo) and the distribution network, is subject to clearance by the Polish Competition Office and is expected by the end of September 2024. SigmaRoc is pleased with the progress to date on the integration of CRH’s lime entities in Germany, Czech Rep., Ireland and the UK earlier this year. Latest results will be provided alongside its Interim Report for the period ending on 30 June 2024.
