Fico-YTL, which is a subsidiary of the Malayan YTL Group, will go ahead with its plan for a new 4000 tpd kiln line 2 in Tay Ninh in Vietnam. The capacity of the new kiln of Fico Tay Ninh Cement (TAFICO) will be the same as the existing kiln 1, which has been supplied by Sinoma. Construction of the new kiln line is expected to start in early 2024, completion by the end of 2025. Up to now Fico-YTL operates 2 integrated cement plants (Tay Ninh and Hiep Phuoc) and 2 cement grinding plants with a combined cement capacity of 2.9 Mta.
