Arabian Cement Co. and Sinoma Overseas celebrated a handover ceremony of the new Rabigh cement grinding plant in Saudi Arabia. The EPC contract for the US$ 95m project has been awarded in 2015 to CNBM International Engineering. After a long period of project complications and the announcement of project delay penalties, the finishing of the plant has been delayed several times. However, in the handover ceremony in March 2024, both parties solidified their partnership with mutual respect, benefit and cooperation.
