Semey Cement, who operate a 1.2 Mta cement plant with 4 small kiln lines in the town of Semey in Kazakhstan, commissioned a Gebr. Pfeiffer vertical roller mill (VRM). The new highly efficient MVR 5000 C-4 will produce various types of cements and replaces 9 outdated ball mills for cement grinding. The order for the 8.5 bn Tenge investment has been placed in August 2020.
