In the first half of 2023 the cement exports by Türkiye massively declined by -12.7%, when compared to the first half of 2022. The cement exports decreased from 9.147 Mt in 1.H 2022 to 7.987 Mt in 1.H 2022.
In Türkiye in the first half of 20213 the cement production increased by +7.6%, despite lower cement exports. The cement production increased in the first half 2023 to 36.7 Mt, from 34.1 Mt in the same period 2022.
