TCC Group Holdings (TCC) announced through its Netherlands subsidiary TCC Group EMEA Holdings, to acquire PJSC Ivano-Frankivskcement (IFCEM), a leading Ukrainian cement and building materials group, and its related companies for an investment of €750 million. IFCEM has a cement production plant (photo) in Yamnytsya and is the second-largest cement producer in Ukraine, with an annual cement production capacity of 4.3 Mta. The company has about 35% domestic market share. The acquisition marks TCC’s first entry into Eastern Europe.
