Titan Cement announced to divest its 75% share in Adocim Cimento Beton Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S., comprising cement assets located in Eastern Türkiye to Mugla Cimento (50%) and Yurt Cimento (25%) for US$87.5m. The transaction includes the 1.8 Mta integrated Tokat cement plant (photo), a terminal and related infrastructure. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the second quarter of 2025.
