Via Titan SA, the TITAN Group has completed the acquisition of 100% of Traçim Çimento Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (Traçim) in one of the most attractive markets in Türkiye. The acquisition comprises a modern integrated cement plant (photo) with an annual production capacity of approximately 2.5 Mta cement in the Vize district of Kırklareli province in the greater Istanbul market. Traçim has the rights to a permit for a second 2.5 Mta integrated production line. Accordingly, this acquisition supports TITAN Group’s Forward 2029 strategy.
