Titan signed with thyssenkrupp Polysius for a Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) contract for the IFESTOS Carbon Capture Project in the Kamari plant in Greece . IFESTOS is the largest carbon capture project in Europe’s cement industry with capturing up to 1.9 Mta CO2 (we reported here). Polysius will provide its Oxyfuel technology. The plant is scheduled to go into full operation at the end of 2029.
