Oyak Cement has commissioned the Ankara Beypazan (GES) solar power plant in Türkiye. The power plant consists of 210,000 solar planes, built on an area od 1.5 million m2 with an annual clean energy production of 182,000 MWh. This is equivalent to the carbon absorption of about 3.9 million trees. The new facility increases the company`s `renewable energy share to 25% to support the company`s net-zero goals.
