In Vietnam, from January to October 2023, the cement production declined by -3.0% to 63.68 Mt from 65.64 Mt in the same period last year. The cement production here is based on the local cement dispatch and the cement exports in the period. Clinker exports are not taken into account in the cement production as in official statistics.
