In Vietnam, the local cement consumption in the first half of 2023 declined by -11.0%, when compared to the local cement consumption in first half 2022. The local consumption was down to 28.476 Mt. However, in the first half of 2023 there has been a strong increase in the cement exports by about 25%, while the clinker exports declined by about 6%.
