Vietnam’s Ministry of Construction (MoC) projects a 2-3% growth of the cement industry output of the country in 2025. The domestic cement consumption is expected to grow to 60-65 Mta, while the exports (which include cement and clinker) are expected to grow to 30-35 Mta.
