In partnership with Sinoma Cement Co. Ltd, Primus Capital intents to build a 1.3 Mta cement plant in the Aktobe region in Kazakhstan. LLP Primus Capital is a dynamic investment holding company with a diverse portfolio spanning several key market sectors. Quality raw materials for the cement production are confirmed. The cement shall be supplied to domestic and Russian markets. Investments will exceed US$ 200m. The plant shall be operational in 2027.
