In December 2024, the average cement prices in Kazakhstan increased by +6.1% to 5118 Rub/t (excluded excise tax and VAT), compared to 4826 Rub/t in Dec. 2023 and 3078 Rub/t in Dec. 2022. The increase is largely effected by the devaluation of the Rubel.
