Ibstock with its diverse range of clay bricks and other building products and solutions is looking for an industrial partner for a major calcined clay plant in the UK. In the last year, the revenue of the Group has been GBP 366m and the adjusted EBITDA GBP 79m (photo: brick factory). A large reserve of high kaolinitic clay has been identified at one of the operating brick clay quarries in Central England. The site provides sufficient calcinable material to support a calcined clay production for over 25 years. The Group is looking at an industrial partner to collaborate on the design, construction, and commercialisation of the project to provide more sustainable and innovative building materials and solutions.
