After almost 150 years in the cement business, Denmark’s FLSmidth has announced the completion of the sale of its activity to an affiliate of global private equity firm Pacific Avenue Capital Partners. The company confirmed the transaction follows its earlier announcement made on 21 October 2025. FLSmidth stated that the sale does not affect its previously announced financial guidance for the full year 2025, as outlined in Company Announcement no. 23-2025.
