JSW Cement FZE, a subsidiary of Indian JSW Cement, ignited its new clinker line in Habhab in Fujairah, UAE. The kiln line has a capacity of 3000 tpd or 1.0 Mta, same as kiln line No.1 (photo), and will help JSWs goal to achieve a capacity of 23.0 Mta this year. The plant is equipped with cutting-edge technology, including a mix of European and Chinese technology and a Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction (SNCR) system, to limit NOx and other emissions.
