Australia’s Maas Group announced to sell its construction materials division for up to A$ 1.7bn to the Australian subsidiary of Heidelberg Materials. The division had a consolidated revenue of about A$ 535.7m and underlying EBIDTA of A$ 110.7m in last financial year (ending 30 June 2025). The divestment aligns with Maas Group’s strategy to focus on the infrastructure sector, including AI opportunities. For Heidelberg Materials the acquisition is part of the ongoing portfolio optimization and expansion in Australia.
