In 2023, in Azerbaijan the preliminary cement production increased by +4.6% to 3.725 Mta, after 3.561 Mta in 2022 and 3.439 Mta in 2021. The cement capacity utilization increased from 72.7% in 2022 to 76.0% in 2023.
