In Germany in the last few years, the cement prices have massively increased, mainly due to the inflation and the increase of energy prices. However, the prices are now on a halt and because of the production over-capacities the prices are on a slight decline. While in Feb. 2023 the YoY price difference has been +41.2%, in June 2023 the YoY price difference declined to +33.8%.
