In 2023 in Chile, the cement dispatch declined by -11.0% to 5.209 Mta, after 5.855 Mta in 2022. The dispatch even declined below the level of the COVID year in 2020. The cement capacity utilization declined from 67.3% in 2022 to 59.9% in 2023.
