China’s Anhui Conch celebrated the opening ceremony of the new 6300 tpd kiln line in Andijan, near Uzbekistan’s boarder with Kyrgyzstan. With Andijan Conch, Qarshi Conch and Taschkent Conch, the company has now 3 subsidiaries in Uzbekistan, operating 5.8 Mta of capacity (we reported here 21.01.2024). The plant was installed by Conch International Holdings and Zhejiang Shangfeng Building Materials. The volume of investments in the project amounted to about US$ 250m.
