Holcim has entered Peru’s construction market with the acquisition of 100% of the shares and operations of the two companies Comacsa (Compañía Minera Agregados Calcareos S.A.) and Mixercon. The two Peruvian companies work successful in the country’s construction industry. Mixercon (photo: RMC truck) is recognised as a leader in the production, marketing and supply of cement and ready-mixed concrete, founded in 2001, with a presence throughout the country. Comacsa is the main producer of industrial minerals and white Portland cement in Peru, with more than 75 years of experience and a solid position in both national and international markets.
