In Colombia, in the first 3 quarters of 2023, the national cement dispatch, which is a benchmark for the cement consumption, declined by -5.5% to 9.583 Mt YoY, from 10.142 Mt in the first 3Q 2022. In the 3.Q 2023 the decline increased to -6.2%, while the lowest YoY decline has been in 2Q. 2023 with -4.9%.
