In Poland, after the first 3 quarters of the 2023, the cement production is with 12.619 Mt still -13.4% below the production of 14.579 Mt in the period January to September 2022, but the 3.Q 2023 shows that with -6.0% YoY, the cement production is slightly recovering from the huge declines in 1.Q and 2.Q this year.
