Kyrgyzstan constructs several new cement plants

The Chinese company Yunsheng Mining is going to build a greenfield cement plant in Tyup in the Issyk-Kul region in Kyrgyzstan. Capacity and time schedule are not known yet. There are two more projects in the country. Kant Cement, which is part of the United Cement Group (UCG), is constructing a new 2500 tpd clinker production line at its Kant plant (photo: old kilns, we reported here 26.03.2924). Terek-Tash LLC is building a 4200 tpd new cement plant in the Kemin district and a separate grinding plant in Issyk-Ata (we ported here 02.01.2024).
