In 2023, the cement production in Kyrgyzstan increased by +10.9% to 2.961 Mta, after 2.670 Mta in 2022. The cement plants run almost under full capacity. However, this year a new 1.5 Mta greenfield cement plant by Terek-Tash will become operational.
