Lucky Cement from Pakistan is interested to establish a 2.5 Mta capacity cement plant in the coastal area of Khoms in the Tripoli region in Libya. This is the result of a meeting by representatives of Lucky Cement with Libya’s Privatisation and Investment Board (PIB).
