In Kazakhstan, in the period from January to November 2023, 11.576 Mt of cement have been produced. This is a decline by -0.4% YoY. However after the first 3 quarters this year the decline has been still -2.0%. In November the cement production increased by +15.7% YoY, which is the highest monthly increase this year (data have been updated).
