From January to October 2023, Russia’s accumulated cement exports increased by +7.1% to 0.909 Mt, after 0.849 Mt in the same period last year. The largest export growth in the period has been to Belarus with +0.179 Mt, while the largest decline has been to Kazakhstan with -0.095 Mt.
