Concreat Holdings Philippines (CHP), a majority-owned subsidiary of DMCI Holdings, announced the full operations of the new production line at its Solid Cement Plant (photo) in Antipolo City. The new line has a production capacity of 1.5 Mta and increases Solid Cement’s annual capacity from 1.9 to 3.4 Mta. This will allow Concreat to provide a steady supply of cement essential for building homes, roads, bridges, and other key infrastructure, when the cement market will significantly increase in the coming years.
