In 2023, Tunisia’s cement production declined by -2.6% to 7.326 Mta, after 7.520 Mta in 2022. The production increased only in the 2.Q, while in the other quarters there has been a decline, especially in the 1.Q and the 3.Q. The cement capacity utilization declined to 55.5%.
