Kant Cement in Kyrgyzstan, which is part of the United Cement Group (UCG), will install a new state-of-the-art 2500 tpd kiln line for the production of 0.8 Mta of clinker, to replace the 4 outdated cement kilns of the plant. Established in 1964 the plant produces 4 cement types. With the new kiln line 300 new jobs shall be created, which will lead to a multiplier effect in the region the Issyk-Ata district of Kyryzstan, close to the capital Bishkek. The Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) is funding the project with CNY 351.2 m. The new clinker line shall be operational in 2 years. Supplier is Sinoma, according to our knowledge.
