UltraTech, India’s largest cement producer, has commissioned a 1.8 Mta plant expansion in Kotputli, Rajasthan. This brownfield expansion of the existing kiln line (photo) is part of the Phase II Capex announcement to increase Ultratech’s cement capacity by 22.6 Mta by FY 2027 (we reported here 09.02.2024).
