In 2023, the cement consumption in Zimbabwe increased by +4.3% to 1.76 Mta, after a 2-digits increase by +19.6% to 1.60 Mta in 2021 and to 1.69 Mta last year. This corresponds to a per capita cement consumption of about 103 to 106 kg/PPC. Cement consumer prices increased up to 20 US$/50 kg bag.
