India’s Jindal Panther Cement expands its capacities

Jindal Panther Cement (JPC) plans to expand its cement capacities in India to 7.0 Mta with a major investment. Actually, JSP produces eco-friendly cements in its modern grinding plant located at Raigarh, Chhattisgarh. This unit shall be expanded together with installing a new grinding plant in Angul, Odisha to support eastern India’s infrastructure growth with low carbon cement. The new plant will utilise about 1.0 Mta of blast furnace slag from Jindal Steel & Power’s (JSPL) integrated steel plant (photo) at Angul.
