In Bolivia, in the first quarter 2023, the cement production increased from 0.886 Mt in 1.Q 2022 by +3.3% to 0.915 Mt in 1.Q 2023. Domestic consumption rose by 1.9% to 0.871 Mt in the period under review, while the total national cement imports increased by about +45% from 24.1 US$m to US$35m.
