In Germany, in the first 8 month of the year, in total 17.383 Mt of cement have been produced. This is a decline of -14.3%, when compared to the 20.281 Mt that were produced from January to August last year. Again, the YoY decline was getting bigger and probably goes in the direction of the -15% level, which is very important for the free EU ETS CO2 allocations.
