Cemento País started clinker grinding at its stand-alone Tubaco cement grinding plant in Tubaco on the North Coast of Colombia. The project represents an investment of more than US$ 20m and has a production capacity of 0.475 Mta, approximately 15% of the current market capacity on Colombia’s Atlantic Coast. The project has the support of AGM Desarrollos, which has a presence in Central America.
