Cemex Mexico collaborated with Microsoft in the development of a generative AI-powered sales assistant. According to Cemex, this the first Artificial Intelligence (AI)-tool of its kind in the building materials industry assisting the interaction of the salesforce with clients by providing real-time support for a superior customer experience. The Technical Xpert App, which is built on a robust data management system, gives Cemex’s sales agents a tool to provide tailored solutions based on the characteristics of certain building materials.
