In 2023 in Mexico, the white cement production declined by -26.9% to 0.689 Mta, after 0.942 Mta in 2022, while the average ex-works cement price increased by +17.8% to 207.09 US$/t after 175.76 US$/t in 2022. Accordingly, the value of the 2023 white cement production has been higher in 2023 than in 2021.
